Whistleblower
- United Insurance Co. P.L.C. adopts a whistleblowing policy characterized by transparency and independence. Accordingly, any instance of fraud, corruption, collusion, coercion, illegal behavior, misconduct, financial mismanagement, financial or accounting irregularities, conflicts of interest, improper actions, non-compliance, unethical practices, or other violations of applicable laws, regulations, or instructions—or any cover-up of such incidents—whether they have occurred, are likely to occur, or are imminent, must be reported.
